I am sure this must be such a stressful time for you and your staff and I guess common sense tells me there are harder times ahead over the coming months but I want to thank you and your team for all you are doing. Doctors, nurses and all the wonderful team there and everywhere really are the heroes in these circumstances. You all have your own families who you love and want to protect but you give yourselves to work and helping others. Thank you on behalf of all those people who don’t think about you and your risks and thank you for handling those who don’t realise they shouldn’t be turning up at the surgery with every sniffle. Thank you for your professionalism and for your care and love of people.
