How To Enrol

We are now accepting enrolments for those who are not currently enrolled with a practice, within the Selwyn/Christchurch area. This allows those seeking a GP who are new to the area to access medical care. Enrolment processing times take up to 15 working days, you will get a text message when your enrolment has been processed.

Before completing the enrolment form, please call the medical centre to discuss our enrolment process and criteria. 

If you wish to enrol for the Manage My Health portal please go into the medical centre with a form of ID to complete the paperwork.
